Drawings of the building at the southwest corner of 3rd and Green (Liberty) Streets include plans for three floors, which include the courtroom and post office, and plans for a hydraulic elevator. Drawings of the building at 4th and Chestnut Streets include plans for five floors, details of heating and venting apparatus, basement plans showing alterations in the drainage system and gas and water pipes, and pedestal details for the court room.
