German-language postcard invitation sent to John T. Stier, cigar manufacturer, Louisville, Kentucky, from the Louisville Rifle Club No. 2. Charles Hartmetz is named as 2nd Riflemaster and Wendel Kratz as 1st Riflemaster. The invitation is for "a prize competition. . . to be held on Sunday, the 27th of September in the park next to the Water Works."
