Description
Envelope and letter sent from T. R. Dale to Henley, Bloomington, Indiana, about business transactions. The envelope and letterhead were printed for Farmers' Home located at 160 and 162 East Market Street, Louisville, Kentucky. The envelope names H. Stockhoff & Bro as proprietors and notes that "In connection with the House is a large Wagon Yard and Feed Stable. Prices to suit the times." The back of the envelope has advertisements for Zmut & Kimmel watchmakers and jewelers, C. Bissmeyer dealer in hats, caps, straw goods, G. C. Wetstein hardware and cutlery, Frank Schweizer, and Fred. Schaulie manufacturer of trunks.
