Letter addressed to “Mr. Louis Discher, Private, 336th Inft. Regt, Company C., Camp Taylor, City.” Forwarded to “Base Hospital, Ward 3.”
Louisville Ky Nov. 25, 1917
Dear Louis
Clara telephoned me about your accident. The way she describes the fracture it seems to be a fracture of the fibula. This of itself is not such a serious thing but by all means the ankle should be immobilized by a plaster paris bandage. Let me know if [I] can be of any help to you, and I will be at your service. Hoping everything will turn out all right, I am
