I do hereby admit David Meade a partner
with Robert Morris, Samuel Beall and myself
to be one fourth part Interested in the one hundred
thousand acres of Land purchased from the State by us
on the 15th of October last past in consideration of
Fifty three thousand four hundred and eighty three
pounds of Crop Tobacco to be paid at the ware
houses of Petersburg and Richmond on or before
the 1st day of March 1781, and of one fourth part
of the Expenses attending the said partnership, he
also making me a reasonable allowance for my
trouble therein according to his share in the partnership,
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 1st day of March 1780.
