Description
R. C. Tartar writes to the Home regarding the Bullock children, who he says were "sent by me to your good Institution sometime ago." He says that John will be 9 on August 28th and George will be 6 on October 18th. Their mother is "Mrs. Emiline Bullock" of Somerset, and their father "is a worthless character and his whereabouts is unknown to me now."
