Letter to W. L. Weller from Joseph C. Williams, April 13th, 1894.

Williams writes to Weller regarding the commitment of his five daughters to the Home, which a J. W. Van Hoose had previously written to the Home about. Williams states that he has "carefully considered the conditions on which they are to be commited," and that it is "more than [he] can bear." He says not to expect the girls to come to the Home.
