Mildred Ann Bullitt describes a planned robbery of Mr. Edwards by a white man, who had asked Henry Shipp, a man enslaved by William Christian Bullitt, to help him in exchange for free papers. Henry Shipp told Mr. Edwards of the plan and the white man was caught.

Mildred Ann Bullitt informs John of the enslaved peoples at Oxmoor plantation who are ill, and that James has been weaned from Beck, an enslaved woman. In this letter, George is confirmed to be Lucinda's son.
