Mildred Ann Bullitt writes that she heard Aunt Speed's (Lucy Speed) hemp house had been burnt. The following enslaved people are mentioned: Louisa Taylor (referred to as Teush), Eliza, Tom, Beck, Smith, Austin, Gus, Daniel (owned by Mr. Brown), and Henry Shipp.
