  • Mounted color facsimile of an architectural rendering of the Jewish Community Center (JCC) on Dutchmans Lane in Louisville, Kentucky. Printed at the bottom left is "Royal Photo Co." and at the bottom right is "Joseph & Joseph Archts. Engrs." The print is inscribed in handwriting by Joseph Kaplan, president of the JCC from 1955 (when the JCC opened) to 1958, to Pauline Pearson (1914-1994), longtime executive secretary to the presidents of the JCC and of its forerunner the Young Men's Hebrew Association (YMHA): "Pauline - To Miss J.C.C.—you are not only part of our hearts but of this fine organization & what it represents. Thanks from all of us for your tireless effective work & the wonderful spirit in which it was so generously done. Joe Kaplan."
