With few exceptions, the women of Mammoth Life and Accident Insurance, Co. remain unknown. The women of Mammoth Life were first ladies, switchboard operators, secretaries, human computers, directors, life insurance agents, and so much more. While most remain nameless in our collection, all of them played a critical role in the formation of the company and throughout its existence.
